Who are we looking for?

We are looking for learning experience designers / instructional designers. If you enjoy teaching others, helping others grow their skills, telling stories, and developing training materials, this is a job where you will thrive and enjoy working.

Right candidate should be equipped with following skills / characteristics:

Don’t get discouraged if you don’t have all 10, but keep in mind that they are listed in priority order that matters to us.

Right candidate should have expertise in working with following tools:

  • MS Office with focus on Microsoft PowerPoint (requirement)
  • Articulate Storyline or similar online course development tools

What will be your responsibilities if you get the job?

  • No.1 priority: Creating learning experiences, often from a blank piece of paper, because we are developing learning solutions, not buying off-the-shelf solutions
  • Working in a team of L&D experts, graphic designers, IT and external partners
  • Presenting to clients and managing projects
  • Working with Nersio's custom e-learning development platform, with no difficulty learning it due to the quality onboarding you will receive
